-Resolution 2022-02-10 JM Wood Agreement.

-Resolution 2022-02-11 Disposal of Equipment in JM Wood March 2022 Auction.

-Resolution 2022-02-12 Lease Purchase Finance Bid Award for five Dump Trucks with Trustmark National Bank.

-Resolution 2022-02-14: Approving Herbicide Application agreement.

Sexton also recommended that the commission oppose SB157 Report  and Resolution 2022-02-13.

The bill, which lists Gerald H. Allen, Jimmy Holley and Will Barfoot among its many sponsors, would provide for logging support organizations to make grants for maintenance and construction of rural bridges and for installation of on-board scales and other technologies that promote transportation efficiencies.

The entire commission: Probate Judge Jimmy Nunn and commissioners Jan Justice, Vivian Rogers, Connell Towns and Curtis Williams unanimously approved the rural economic development also titled the Rural Logging Support Act.
