Elizabeth Hutto Gwathney age 86 of Montgomery, and formerly of Selma, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at her home.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Kenneth Wayne Gwathney; daughter, Amy (Christie) McClellan; son, Kenny (Porshia Trump) Gwathney; and 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jasper B. Hutto and Bertha Hutto; and brother, John Hutto.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Perry Hill Road Baptist Church in Montgomery with Pastor Stephen Nulph of Perry Hill Road Baptist Church officiating.

Visitation will be held from 12-1 p.m. on Sunday at the church.

Burial will take place in Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Perry Hill Road Baptist Church or a charity of your choice. Final care and arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to the care of Selma Funeral Home.
