Mr. Walter” Billy”  Perkins, resident of Chicago, Illinois native of Perry County, passed January 27, 2022. Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Morning Star Baptist Church 1 p.m. with Rev. Calvin Hunter, Officiating.  Services entrusted to Melvin Miller Funeral Service.
