Two Selma suspects surrender to Prattville Police Tuesday

Two female suspects from Selma wanted for theft turn themselves into the Prattville Police Department on Tuesday.
Selma residents Tamesha Whatley and Ki’wuana Ward, wanted for theft, turned themselves into the Prattville Police.
Their theft involves a store in the 500 block of Pinnacle Place, at the High Point Town Center. Prattville Police did not name the store.
The Prattville Police Department notified CrimeStoppers that two suspects were identified.
Central Alabama CrimeStoppers received an anonymous tip advising the identity of both suspects after seeing their photos on a CrimeStoppers segment. Investigators confirmed their identities.
Prattville investigators obtained and served warrants on them Monday for third-degree felony theft of property.
