The St. James Hotel has chosen Rebel Hospitality for the property’s management services.

Rebel Hospitality is the hotel management division of Capstone Equities – a New York-based private equity firm with assets and transactions over the past decade valued at over $1.5 billion. Rebel was recently formed to offer management options for independent hotels.

The group incorporates technologies with management services to provide revenue management, procurement, human resources, marketing distribution, and investment and development partnerships. 

“As Rebel Hospitality continues its rapid growth, it is important to us to partner with property owners that reflect our values,” Rebel Hospitality President and CEO Brian Sparacino said.
