Fay R. Spivey, age 86, went to be with the Lord July 7, 2021 in Tupelo, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents; George Walton Rives, Sr., and Mary Williamson Rives, husbands; George Stephen Spivey, Sr. and George McCurdy; a former husband, Edmund W. Caldwell; her son, Edmund Winston Caldwell, Jr. (Chuck); four brothers, George Walton Rives, Jr., Joe K. Rives, Sr.,  Murry G. Rives, and Charles (Scrap) Rives, and one sister, Sue Rives Kozel. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Caldwell Wilson of Tupelo, ; six grandchildren, Ryan Sanders, Justin Sanders, Paige Wilson Robbins, Josh Caldwell, Lauren Caldwell Sanders, and Gina Caldwell Niksich;12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson. Final arrangements were handled by Holland Funeral in Tupelo.
