Selma man killed in single-vehicle crash in Dallas County
A Selma man died in a single vehicle crash in Dallas County early Tuesday morning.
According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Joshua Dandre Dixon, 29, was killed around 4:50 a.m. Tuesday morning. ALEA officers said that the 2014 Nissan Versa Dixon drove left the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned. Dixon was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The crash occurred on Alabama 22 near the 30-mile marker, about four miles north of Selma city limits. No more details are available as Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the accident.
