Edward Burns, 27,  violated probation.

Julie Rebecca Harris, 44, was charged with two counts of unlawful drug possession, $16,000 bond.

4Devin Smith, 26, was charged with fourth-degree theft of property, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of controlled substance, bonds totaling $22,000.
