The loss to Patrician Academy did not knock Morgan Academy out of the Alabama Sportswriters Association Top 10 poll.

The Senators (4-1) remain 10th in the AISA Poll, the same position as last week.

Morgan Academy (4-1) hosts Valiant Cross Academy on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Morgan Stadium.

The Senators had several players stand out last week. Holt Utsey had 14 total tackles last week, including 10 solos. Allen Lightfoot had a fumble recovery, which Cobb Beers forced the fumble. Josh Brown had 73 yards rushing, John Allen Ingram added 69 yards on the ground.
