Mr. Clarence Carnes, 76, resident of Hayneville, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Noland-Jackson Hospital. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2020, 11 a.m. at New Mt. Lily Cemetery, Lowndes County,  with Pastor Ben Davis officiating and directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Inc. Survivors include: spouse, Rosie Gilliam Carnes; two sons, Carver Carnes, Titus Gilliam; three daughters, Nikita Bibb, Cindy Phillips, Yvette Rudolph; five brothers, Jodia Carnes, Sears Carnes, Wilbur Carnes, Reginald Carnes, Glenn Carnes; one sister, Causterverlin Carnes; 12 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews.
