Kobe Moore, 23, was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, $3,000 bond, made bond.

James Earl Moore, 32, was charged with fradulent use of credit card, $10,000 bond, made bond.

Michael Bowen, 39, was charged with child support, $500 bond, made bond.

Arthur Agnew, 35, was charged with expired tag, resisting arrest and third-degree domestic violence, $3,000 bond, in jail.

Thomas Curtis, 31, was charged with second-degree failure to appear arson, $30,000 bond, made bond.

Shawn Harris, 23, was charged with two counts of failure to appear domestic violence harassment and mischief, $30,000 bond, in jail.

Jackie Finley, 44, was charged with failure to appear first-degree theft of property, in jail.
