Talent highlights Selma Times-Journal’s All Dallas County volleyball team

The Selma Times-Journal’s All-Dallas County volleyball team is loaded with talented playmakers.

Morgan Academy leads the way with three players on the first team: Maggie Colley, Kenley Kauffman and Tindall Albritton.

Selma High and Meadowview Christian School each had two first-team picks.

Alazia Harris and Aeronna Manuel were the picks for the Lady Saints, who won the Selma City/County Volleyball Tournament. Erin McIntyre and Lauren Ross are the selections for MCS, who reached the Elite Eight.

Rounding out the first team: Kweli Rose of Ellwood Christian Academy, Karly Bennett of Dallas County, Iesha Carson of Keith High and Ja’Kaylin Patterson of Southside.

Colley, Kauffman, Albritton and McIntyre all played in the AISA All-Star volleyball game on Nov. 2 at the Cramton Bowl Multi-Plex in Montgomery for the West All-Stars.
