The Selma QB Club will announce its four scholarship recipients to local Dallas County senior players. The winners for the $10,000 big ticket, Iron Bowl tickets will also be announced.

Selma QB Club Captain Bob Frazer said the final night will wrap up a solid year for the Selma QB Club.

“Our last meeting is really exciting,” Frazer said. “A lot of board members and a few others have worked really hard this year as well as  years in the past to make this possible.  Our sponsors, members, and Big ticket sales make the scholarships possible.”

Frazer estimates the Selma QB Club has given out close to $1 million in scholarships during its history that began in 1941.

“We are grateful for all of our sponsors who generously help our scholarship program,” Frazer said. “Menzo Driskell works very hard on the speakers and a few others have helped bring things together for a fantastic lineup.”
