Mr. Frank “Snowball” Smith, Jr. departed this life on Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Covington, Georgia. Service will be held at Sandridge Baptist Church, River Road, Saturday, September 14, 2019 directed by Hines Home of Funerals Inc, Atlanta, Georgia. He is survived by a loving mother and three children.
