Ms. Selena D. Phillips, 63, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away August 5, 2019 in Wichita, Kansas. Services are scheduled for Saturday, August 17, 2019, 11:30 a.m. at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Bryan Starks officiating. Burial will follow in Serenity Garden with Ashley’s J.H. Williams and Sons Funeral Home directing. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Sam Phillips and Elizabeth B. Hobby; brothers, Mr. Sam Phillips, Jr. and Mr. Percy Phillips. She is survived by her brother, Mr. Micheal C. Hobby; sisters, Minister Ruby Stevenson, Mrs. Thomasene B. Sanders, Mrs. Shelia M. Jackson, Ms. Vasie Phillips, Ms. Conaliss Garner, and Ms. Andrea McCarthy; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; 12 nieces; 13 nephews.
