Nelson Lindsey Sr., 77, of Tyler, passed away February 17, 2019 at Baptist South Hospital. Services are scheduled for February 23, 2019, noon at Boughoma Baptist Church with the Rev. J.J. Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lindsey; three sons, Jeffery Lindsey, Nelson Lindsey Jr., and Tyrone Lindsey; daughter, Patricia Lindsey; two brothers, Willie Middleton Jr. and Robert Middleton; two sisters, Mary V. Robinson and Beatrice Middleton; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
