SafetyNet is hosting a career fair at the Selma Career Center located at 1112 Water Avenue on Tuesday, Sept. 4. The career fair will be from 9 a.m. until noon and from 1p.m. until 4 p.m.

The organization is looking for a behavioral aide, behavioral aide supervisor, therapist and a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Selma Career Center Manager, Clifford Hunter, said the career center is happy to be collaborating with Safety Net Behavioral Healthcare.

“The representative from SafetyNet came in to have his job orders posted in our system,” he said. “Once we got those job orders posted, we offered our building as a place to come in to do their prescreening and hiring.”

Hunter said the Selma Career Center is excited to have people come out for employment opportunities with SafetyNet.

SafetyNet Behavioral Healthcare provides troubled youth with the tools and support they need to make positive changes in their lives.
