Two suspects accused of shooting a man on April 28 at a gas station ambush were arrested Wednesday in Spring Hill, Florida.

Darryl Kennedy, 21 and Jimmy Tyus, 30, were arrested by Pasco County Sheriff’s Deputies and U.S. Marshals.

The two are believed to have been involved in the ambush shooting that stemmed from an earlier incident at a club and ended in a gas station ambush of Ernest Weaver Daniels III. Two other people were shot and injured.
