Rev. Adolphus Smith, 84, of Selma, passed away August 13, 2018 at Vaughan Regional Hospital. Services are scheduled for Saturday, August 18, 2018, 1 p.m. at Second Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Craig Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by five sons, Walter Howard, Adolphus Smith Jr., Bennie Lee Smith, Fondell (Delois) Smith, and Charles Smith; seven daughters, Alberta (Donald) Fikes, Lillie (Basil) Jones, Pearl (Willie) Robinson, Beatrice Forge, Brenda (Woodrow) McCants, Subrenia (Jerry) Andrews, Althen (Kevin) Ward; two brothers, Lemuel Smith and Isaac Smith; four sisters, Paralee Smith, Roberta Smith, Corine Holmes, and Ethel Harris; 49 grandchildren; 68 great- grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; very special niece, Maxine Caver..
