Protective measures should be taken after West Nile, Zika virus reported
On Monday, the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) reported that the department investigated several cases of Zika and West Nile virus in Alabama residents.
This statement is alarming, but it is better to be informed of the situation instead of burying your head in the sand, and not accepting it.
This is nothing that we haven’t experienced before the ADPH stated there are several things we can do to keep ourselves safe in and outside of our homes.
Using the right kind of repellent, wearing the appropriate clothing, emptying standing water and cleaning parts of our home that can attract mosquitoes.
There is no need to worry.
Just take the precautions.
