Mr. Jerry “Toby” Michael Smith, 40, of Selma, passed away due to diabetic complications on June 25, 2018 at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham. Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 30, 2018, 1 p.m. at Miller Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. Visitation will be held Saturday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Henrietta Smith and Jerry and Sandra Hill. He is survived by his parents, Sherry Hill Law and Bo Smith; grandmother, Hope Hill; brothers, Scott (Kendall) Smith, Brian (Emily) Smith, and Kevin Smith; five nieces; seven nephews; host of cousins and friends.
