Ms. Virginia Neely (Mutt) Barnett, 67, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away April 8, 2018, in Fayetteville. Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 1 p.m., at Miller’s Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Allen Barnett Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by her spouse, Charlie Peoples; parents, Wayman and Rosie Neely; two sons, Nelson Barnett of Fayetteville, and Anthony Barnett of Fayetteville; three daughters, Deloris (Clyde) Newberry of Selma, LaTonia Barnett of Fayetteville and Tawanda Barnett of Fayetteville; sister, Rosie Pope of Detroit, Michigan; 30 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
