Mrs. Rosemary H. Holmes, 87, of Selma, passed away Feb. 4, 2018, at Park Place Nursing Facility. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, 11 a.m., at House of Prayer with bishop David Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by eight sons, Freddie (Mary) Holmes, Roosevelt (Patricia) Holmes, David (Asonya) Holmes, Robin Holmes, Bernard Holmes, Reginald Holmes, Anthony Holmes, and Malik (Ayesha) Rashid; two daughters, Ann (Fredrick) Jackson and Brenda (Craig) Taylor; six brothers, Booker T. (Martha) Hudson, Andrew (Norine) Hudson, Charles (Mattie) Smith, Cleon (Diane) Smith, Bennie C. Smith, and Dwight (Marcella) Woods; two sisters, Leathia (Doll) Smith and Gertrude (Rev. Willie) Poole; 41 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
