Mr. William C. Smith, former resident of Marion, passed away Sept. 29, 2017, in Marietta, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at Friendship Baptist Church at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Ivey Bryant, pastor of Mt. Tabor AMEZ officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Melvin Miller Funeral Service directing.
