Tomekia LaShawn Fails Richardson, 41, of Selma, passed away Aug. 22, 2017, at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for Sept. 2, 2017, At 11:30 a.m. at Grace Fellowship, 402 J.L. Chestnut Jr. Blvd. with Bishop Letha Rumph Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.

She is preceded in death by her father-in-law, James Richardson Sr. She is survived by her husband, Andre James Richardson; parents, Bertha and Terry Garror and Roger Fails; son, Jalen Fails; two daughters, Zoe Richardson and Skye Richardson; three brothers, Antonio Fails, DeRamus Fails and Izekieyah Garror; one sister-in-law, Christi Richardson Williams; two brothers-in-law, Anthony Richardson and Erdre Williams; mother-in-law.
