Ruth E. Wood passed away April 22, 2017, at the age of 80.

She is preceded by her parents, Odell and Lucille McCullough; brother, Leroy McCullough; sisters, Annie Rae Stone, Carolyn Rhodes and Dorothy Green.

Mrs. Wood is survived by her husband, Ray Wood; son, Mike Fox (Bonnie); adopted son, Reese Green (Elaine); step-daughter, Tina Schneider; brother, Larry McCullough; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Church services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 24, 2017, at Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Blake and Dr. Kenny Hatcher officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin Monday at 10 a.m. at Northside Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Justin Fox, Carson Fox, Austin Fox, Ken Smith, Norman Copeland, Jerry Smith and Earl Coell. Honorary pallbearers are the deacons of Northside Baptist Church.
