Juanita Frank Kocsis, 94, passed away March 29 at a Chattanooga, Tennessee healthcare facility.  Born in Strongsvill, Ohio, Ms. Kocsis resided in Sardis from 1978 until 1992.  She was a member of Union UMC and actively participated in the Selma Historical Society, ABWA, and Girl Scouts.

Mrs. Kocsis was preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Frank and Frank  Kocsis; her parents; and children, Michael, JoAnne and Ralph (Sandy).

She is survived by her daughter, Susan and numerous grand, great and great-great grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest next to her first husband in New Live Oak Cemetery.
