Matthew James Carter, age 56, a resident of Selma, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, at noon from Shiloh Baptist Church with pastor Dan Moore officiating. Interment will be held at Lorenzo Harrison Cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.
