Jaequan Simmons, 19, of Orrville passed away Dec. 16, 2016 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016, 1 p.m. at Keith High School Gym with the Rev. Curtis Williams officiating. Burial will follow at John the Baptist Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. He is survived by his parents, Pamela Simmons and Thomas Ford; brother, JaQuarius Simmons; grandmothers, Lucille Simmons Taylor and Florence Richardson.
