Horace Johnston, born in Hahira, Georgia, passed away Nov. 2, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Julia Johnston.

He is survived by his son, Nicholas Johnston of Buchanon, Georgia; two brothers, Wayne (Evelyn) Johnston of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Clarence (Donna) Johnston of Duluth, Georgia; two sisters, Lucy Smith of Greer, South Carolina, and Sarah (Daniel) Davenport of Plantersville. Services were held at Bill Head Funeral Home in Duluth.
