Ms. Betty Jean Lewis LeShore, 60, of Lyons, Kansas and formerly of Orrville, passed away Sept. 24, 2016, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church in Orrville with the Rev. Gregory C. Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

She is survived by her lifetime companion, Jessie Renteria; son, Oscar Lewis; daugher, Monique Blair; grandchildren, Taisa, Jerrel, Shi Ann, Willow, Olivia and Yolanda; brothers, Ivory (Ethel) LeShore Jr., Allen LeShore, Aaron (Bertha) LeShore, Mose (Shirley) LeShore, Willie LeShore, Jimmy (Michelle) LeShore and Jessie (Tracy) LeShore; sisters, Virginia LeShore, Arlene (Furman) Shaw, Dorothy (Leon) Blackman and Barbara J. LeShore; niece and nephews raised as sisters and brothers, John LeShore, Ronnie (Staci) LeShore and Brenda LeShore; host of nieces and nephews; longtime childhood friends/cousins, Dorothy LeShore, Willie Mae Williams and the community of Lyons, Kansas and Orrville.

In lieu of flowers make donations to American Diabetes or American Heart Association in memory of Betty Jean Lewis LeShore.
