Barbara Anne Linch Poindexter joined her husband, Walter Andrew Linch Sr. in heaven on August 17, 2016 at 8:15 a.m.. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Issac Ralston, mother, Edra Annelle Pierce Ralston, and sisters, Bettye Joyce Ralston Rutledge, Exa Faye Ralston McLendon and Alice Joan Ralston Carter. She is survived by her brothers, Elton Robert (Claire) Ralston and Merrill Edward (Sybil) Ralston and sisters, Colby Jeanette Ralston Ham and Cholly Marlene Ralston (Jerry) Little, along with many nephews and nieces.

Anne is also survived by her children, Walter Andrew Linch Jr., Nancy Lucille Linch (Gerald) Gunter, Franklin Joseph Linch, Barbara Alice Linch Mobley, David Lewis Linch, 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was born and raised in Selma and spent most of her adult life in Arizona.

She was a loving sister and mother who dedicated her life to God and family. Anne is remembered by all as being one of the most loving, caring and compassionate nurses to have touched their lives everywhere she worked. Rest in peace, Mom. Love you.
