Martha D. Trippe Pike, age 77, of Greensboro, passed away Aug. 25, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Trippe Sr. and James “Sonny” Pike; parents, J. W. and Shelley Cook; daughter, Carol Renee Trippe; and brother, J. W. “Boots” Cook.

Surviving are her children, Charlene Trippe (Rage) Parten, Charles H. (Brenda) Trippe, Jr. and Cindy Trippe (Jackie) Glaze; brother, Frank D. Cook; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Pastor Tom Stricklin officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Parten, Paul Riddle and Charles H. Trippe III.
