Marilyn J. Rademacher

Marilyn Rademacher, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, in Vaughn Regional Medical Center. She has resided in Valley Grande with her eldest daughter Linda Forman and her husband Ben Forman for the past four years. She attended Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Selma. Marilyn was born Aug. 21, 1930, in North Arlington, New Jersey. As an Army wife, Marilyn set up homes in Panama, Japan, Iran, Germany and multiple locations within the United States. She enjoyed cooking, flower arranging, word search puzzles and various crafts including sewing, doll house construction and beadwork. She supported various charities throughout her lifetime. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, LTC Leon E. Rademacher, (USA Ret.). They resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by all her children, aforementioned Linda (Ben) Foreman, Sharon (Earl) Luthey of Brighton, Colorado, Catherine (Bruce) Golston of Soham, England, Leon E. Rademacher II of Coweta, Oklahoma, Valerie (Mike) Dumond of Wagoner, Oklahoma, and Duane (Norma) Rademacher of Beggs, Oklahoma. Her grandchildren are Alicia, Beckie, Daniel, Mandy, Ashley, Leon III, Rachael and Nathan. Her great grandchildren are Madison, Ryan, Adian and Connor. Marilyn will be interred with her husband at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Oklahoma, on Monday, April 25 at 11 a.m.
