Kenneth Doyce Hulsey, age 79, a resident of Wetumpka, died Saturday, April 9, 2016.

A memorial service was held Tuesday at Chapel of Gassett Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Chappell officiating.

Mr. Hulsey is survived by his wife, Saundra Hulsey; children, Dennis (Sheryl) Hulsey, David Ward (Jan) Hulsey, Susan (Stephen) Dykes and step-daughter; Rebecca (Adam) Gordon; grandchildren, Kyle, Jacob and Madison Hulsey; Gillian, Hannah and Austin Dykes; step-granddaughter, Leah Gordon; sister, Kay Sellers; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Hulsey retired as a Sergeant after 22 years in the United States Air Force.

Visitation was from 5 – 6 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 12. Contributions may be made to the T.H.A. Foundation (For Geriatric Behavioral Health, 105 Hwy 80 East, Demopolis, AL 36732).
