Charles Allison Perry, 75, a resident of Prattville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6 from First Baptist Church of Prattville at 1 p.m.with Dr. Travis Coleman, the Rev. Dave Burns and Dr. Leroy Stringfield officiating. Burial will follow at New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma with Prattville Memorial directing.

Mr. Perry was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Margie Perry; three brothers, Joseph Perry, Jr., Morris Perry and Donald Perry; and one sister, June Perry Strickland.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Jean Edwards Perry; two daughters, Kim (Joe) Sims and Kelli (John) Rutland; five grandchildren, Perry Sims, Peyton Sims, Preston Sims, Brady Rutland and Ella Rutland; and extended family members and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday evening, Feb. 5 at Prattville Memorial Chapel from 6-8 p.m.
