Carolyn Jeanette Strout Crenshaw, 75, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016. She was born Dec. 23, 1940, in Alabama. Ms. Crenshaw was a devout Christian and dental hygienist for over 40 years. She loved her family and most of all she loved her grandchildren.

Ms. Crenshaw is survived by her brother, Alvis Taylor; three children, Belinda Taylor, Johnnie Strout and Christina Hannah; grandchildren, Alyssa and Caylin Taylor, Hendrix Strout, Sophia Hannah, and eight additional grandchildren; a large extended family; and close friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 23 at the Lawrence-Brown Funeral Home.
