Mrs. Clara Scott, 78, of Selma, passed away Aug. 6, 2015, at Woodley Manor Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for Aug. 15, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Gospel Tabernacle CGOIC with pastor John Grayson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn cemetery with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is preceded in death by her spouse, Lewis Scott; parents, Ethel Walker and William Walker; two brothers, Arthur Walker and Charlie Walker; and sister, Lela Mae Jones. She is survived by two daughters, Frazzie Griffin (Montgomery), Tonda and Patrick Savage (Pensacola, Fla.); two brothers, Bennie Myrick (Montgomery) and Williams Walker (Montgomery); sister, Pearl Harris (Montgomery); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; 15 nieces; and 15 nephews.
