Terry Douglas Stone passed away June 5, 2015, at the age of 52. He was born September 8, 1962, in Selma.
He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas R. Stone.
He is survived by his sons, Tyler Horton of Birmingham, Stephen Stone and Michael Patterson of Waynesville, N.C.; mother, Sylvia (Hugo) Smith; brother, Rod (Patsy) Stone; sisters, Janice Pelfrey and Toni (John) Siverling; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Eaton officiating. Interment will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 1 p.m. prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Russ Stone, Tim Stone, George Britton, Tony Carrol, Darrel Jones and Jay Meccariello.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make donations to the Selma-Dallas County Animal Shelter.
