Ms. Carol Palacios, age 49, of St. Louis, formerly of Beloit, passed away April 5, 2015, in St. Louis. Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2015, at 12 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church in Beloit with the Rev. Alex Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery in Selma with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing. She is survived by her mother, Marva Gilmore; son, Christopher Palacios; grandmother, Margaret Williams; aunts, Chinneta Wilson and Novella Braxter; niece, Margaret Bolden; nephew, Corey White; cousins; and many friends.
