Minter Ray Lumley Brown, age 94, of Selma, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years: Thomas Lester Brown; sons: Thomas Ray Brown (Charmion), Buddy Brown (Pamela); daughter: Mary Kathleen (Kathy) Osborn (Billy); 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Pastor James Bozeman officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Brown, Sam Brown, Brayton Brown, Billy Osborn, Burt Osborn, and Buddy Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Ladies Ministry at Summerfield Baptist Church.
