Mrs. Veronica J. Rives, 56, resident of Tyler, Alabama passed away June 4, 2014 in Tyler. Services will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2014, 12:00 noon at Shiloh Baptist Church, Gordonville, AL, officiated by Rev. Lionel Davis. Burial will follow in church cemetery directed by Randall Miller Funeral Home.

Survivors include spouse Andrew Rives Sr.; sons, Andrew (Siobhan) Rives, Jr., and Timothy (D’Anna) Rives; daughters, Nicole (Eric) Powell, Yolanda Calhoun, and Ashakia (Keetz) Hill; three brothers, Gregory, Robert, Rory (Denise); sisters, Linda (Joel) Veverley; grandmother, Ozella Moten; sixteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
