Denise Lipham Tolar, loving daughter of Mary and Morris Lipham, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Buckley; father, Morris Lipham; brother, Ronald “Frog” Haugen and grandmother, Marcella Keener.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Tolar; beloved mother, Mary Lipham; brothers, Morris Lipham, Ronnie Lipham, Scooter Haugen and Gary Haugen; sister, Janice Lipham and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and special loving friend, Donna Cardwell Taccone.

A memorial service will be held for Denise at her home, 3000 N. Broad Street, Selma, Alabama 36701 at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2014. The family would like for all that knew her to come and celebrate Denise’s life with her family and friends.
