Betty Jane Seekers passed away March 21, 2014 at the age of 55.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Newman; step-father, Jesse Newman and brothers, Wayne Breed and Randell Breed.

She is survived by her son, Randell Chatman; daughters, Ramona (Billy) Sherrill, Christina Chatman-Clibrey, Amy (Paul) Sheppard and Melissa (Fred Jackson) Chatman; grandchildren, Morgan Sherrill, Kiara Chatman, Daisha Chatman, Davontae Jackson, Mary Clibrey and Chay Merworth; brothers, Alvin (Alice) Breed and Billy (Diane) Breed; sisters, Barbara (Russell) Martin and Angie (Ronald) Mount and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Graveside services will be in Pineview Memory Gardens on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David Perry officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
