According to Lt. Curtis Muhannad with the Selma Police Department, the victim and witnesses said the victim was reportedly shot by his ex-girlfriend, Lakeisha Michelle Prince of Selma, 39, with a small silver revolver.

“According to the witnesses, Ms. Prince entered the barbershop angry, and told the victim that she knew he was having an affair with a certain female,” Muhannad stated in an emailed press release. “Ms. Prince attempted to slap the victim, but he pushed her away and that’s when she pulled the firearm and shot the victim.”

“She is considered armed and dangerous,” Muhannad said.
