Meadowview Christian’s boys varsity and girls varsity teams are moving onto the AISA Elite Eight after wins Thursday over Sumter Academy.

Friday didn’t go as well though.

The Lady Trojans 45-21 lost to Marengo Academy in the Class A, Region 2 tournament semifinals Friday, but will play in the Elite Eight next week at Huntingdon College.

The Trojans boys fell to Patrician Academy 62-25 Friday, but will also move onto the Elite Eight.
