Mr. Tarrance D. Effinger, 35, of Selma, died January 17, 2014 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014 , 12:00 noon at St.Paul Methodist Church, (Choctaw Ave.) officiated by Pastor Lee Green Jr. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens, Valley Grande, AL, directed by Randall Miller Funeral Service, Selma.
