Teresa Lee Mims, 56, of Jones died Monday, December 30, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster.

She was born on Friday, January 18, 1957 in Dallas Co., AL, Daughter of Grady Lee Burnett and the late Mable Sealy Burnett.

She was a General Service Worker.

Surviving are Husband, James Mims of Jones, AL; Sons, Brandon (Summer) Lawley of Ashville, AL, Josh (Tabetha) Lawley of Randolph, AL; Father, Grady Burnett of Maplesville, AL; Brothers, Tony (Sheila) Burnett of Maplesville, AL, Lee (Becky) Burnett of Maplesville, AL; Sister, Cindy (Roger) Smitherman of Centreville, AL; 7 Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Mabel Burnett.

Friends will be received from 6-8, Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Thursday, January 2, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Plantersville Christian with Rev. Mike Wyatt officiating.

Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Maplesville, AL.

In lieu of flowers make donations to Plantersville Christian Church.
