Three juveniles were charged with third-degree attempted robbery Friday after breaking into the Central Alabama Farmer’s Co-op.
Officers with the Selma Police Department were patrolling the area by Medical Center Parkway when they noticed the three juveniles fleeing towards the east side of the entrance. Officers made contact with two of the suspects at a nearby dumpster, and it was later found that one of the juveniles had a handgun.
After being transported to the Selma Police Department for questioning, the third suspect was identified and brought in by their parent. All three juveniles were arrested for attempted burglary and are currently at the Dallas County Detention Center.
