Douglas J. Ellis Sr., 54, resident of Selma, passed away September 17, 2012 at Jackson Hospital, Montgomery, AL. Services are scheduled for September 24, 2012, 12:00 noon at Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Kerry Horton Sr. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers.

Survivors include spouse, Annie H. Ellis; three sons, Douglas J.Ellis Jr., Reginald A. Ellis, and Lamorious Prince; three daughters, Lateshia Horton, sherry Horton, and Daphne Ellis.
